We were in jamaica for a total of 5 days and had booked all our excursions through them. There service was excellent, and they went above and beyond for everything we needed/wanted. In fact my phone had water damage so Casmere even bought a packet of rice for us to soak it in. Very helpful, and they were the main reason our trip to Jamaica will be unforgettable.

Summer 2019, my amazing Brother and Sister (newly inducted🥰), got married in Jamaica! 🙏🏾💙🥂! Transportation for this wonderful event was provided by Casmere Tours and Transfer which exceeded expectations. Our guests were awe so pleased...the services provided champagne upon pick up, complemented with a taste of the tropics. Cold towels were provided to the guests...trust me when I say, this act provided much needed cooling on that gorgeous hot Jamaican Summer’s evening. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out, with a refreshing tropical essence lingering in the air as we boarded. Welcoming air conditioning was what we needed after a lovely photoshoot on property at the hotel. The host Suzette Hylton, was on point with pleasantries and comedic moments allowing comfort, love and joy to permeate the event. Transportation is such a key element at a wedding and everyone enjoyed their passage from the hotel to the wedding venue. The same services were provided to guests upon request during the transportation back to the hotel after the wedding. Many didn’t engage because we were just at a wedding right🤦🏾‍♂️🤣🤣...Yet, the thought that they offered was high quality customer service. Casmere the driver was very engaging and entertaining as he ensured everyone had a great time being transported safely to and from the wedding. A mutual friend introduced us to Cashmere tours as a possible vendor to assist with our travel needs for our destination wedding transportation needs. Upon reading their reviews, I reached out to them. I was immediately impressed by their prompt response. Upon discussing our needs, Suzette was so knowledgeable and anticipated our every need. She effortlessly coordinated our transportation needs and provided refreshments for the bridal party to enjoy on our way to the venue. She prepared a just in case bag that had essentials such as Tylenol etc. Cashmere arrived promptly with his jovial laid back manner that everyone enjoyed. He ensured that we departed and returned to our hotel on schedule. I could not have gotten through my day without them. See you guys next year!
